How to get SBench 6 data into National Instruments Diadem

SBench 6 doesn't have a dedicated data export for National Instruments Diadem. Instead there are two import filters of diadem software that allow to import SBench 6 supported file formats.

• Importing SBench 5 file format: See NI import information.
• Importing standard wave fiel format: See NI import information.

Please note that these import filters are supplied by National Instruments and are not maintained by Spectrum.

Both file formats can be used for single acquisitions via the SBench 6 export function and can alos be used by the SBench 6 streaming engine directly.
